See it. Take it. Get it.

How SEENTIP works

Someone is flying where your thing is sold. They buy it, carry it home and hand it to you — with the price agreed up front and every step tracked.

For customers

See. Order. Carry. Receive.

  1. Step 01

    See

    Find someone going there

Browse trips by city and date, see what each jastiper can bring, and check their track record before you commit.

  2. Step 02

    Order

    Order it, or request it

Order a listed item, or request anything else — a link and a budget is enough. Jastipers heading there reply with quotes.

  3. Step 03

    Carry

    They shop and fly home

Your jastiper buys it, marks it bought and carries it back. Each step lands on your order's timeline as it happens.

  4. Step 04

    Receive

    It arrives. You confirm.

Courier or meet-up, your choice. Confirm you've received it, then review the trip so the next person knows.

The order timeline

What happens to an order

Every order moves through the same steps, and each one is recorded with the time it happened. Both of you see the same timeline.

An order can also end early: declined by the jastiper, cancelled before payment, or disputed after payment if something goes wrong.

  1. 1

    Requested

You sent this order to your jastiper.

  2. 2

    Accepted

Your jastiper has agreed to bring this back for you.

  3. 3

    Awaiting payment

    You've started paying.

  4. 4

    Paid

    Your payment is confirmed.

  5. 5

    Bought

    Your jastiper has bought it.

  6. 6

    In transit

It's flying home with your jastiper.

  7. 7

    Arrived

    It has landed in Indonesia.

  8. 8

    Ready for delivery

Your jastiper has sent it, or has it ready to hand over.

  9. Completed

    Delivered. This order is complete.

Fees

What it costs

The item price is the jastiper's estimate of the shop price, in rupiah.

The jastip fee is set by the jastiper, per item, for buying it and carrying it home.

The SEENTIP platform fee is 3% of the item price, never less than Rp 2.500 and never more than Rp 50.000. It covers payment, the price breakdown and order tracking.

Courier delivery within Indonesia is quoted once your item lands and paid separately through SEENTIP. Import duties and taxes are not part of these fees.

Worked example
Item price · 2 × Rp 400.000
Rp 800.000
Jastip fee · 2 × Rp 35.000
Rp 70.000
SEENTIP platform fee
Rp 24.000
Total
Rp 894.000

For travelers

Becoming a jastiper

  1. 01

    Plan a trip

Add where you're going, your dates, the last day you'll take orders, how many items you have room for and your jastip fee.

  2. 02

    List what you can bring

Add items you expect to find, with the store, a price estimate and your fee. Or list nothing and work from requests.

  3. 03

    Accept the orders that fit

Accept or decline each order, and send quotes on requests for your destination. You never carry more than your slots.

  4. 04

    Shop once it's paid

Customers pay through SEENTIP before you buy anything. Mark items bought, in transit and arrived as you go.

  5. 05

    Deliver and get reviewed

Hand over or send each item. When the customer confirms it, the order completes and they can review you.

Trust

Keeping it honest

  • Every fee, before you pay

Item price, jastip fee and platform fee are itemised on every order. No surprises at handover.

  • Pay through SEENTIP

No transfers to personal accounts. Your jastiper starts shopping once the payment is confirmed.

  • A timeline for every order

Accepted, bought, in transit, landed, ready — each step is recorded as it happens.

  • Reviews from real orders only

Only customers with a completed order can review, once per order.
